My 22nd Birthday is just around the corner, and I am determined to make a change. I know I can't have a total body transformation in 3 weeks, but I am going to start so that this New Year I can finally say that I have accomplished my long awaited goal!
My Plan of Action:
Once a week, every Friday morning I will submit a weigh in, that consists of my weight (lbs), a photo, body fat percent and inches.
- I will post a nutrition diary (with photos and recipes)
- I will post a work out diary
- And blog about my normal day to day struggles
